I did about 5 miles of kayaking today. Im beat. Not much wildlife to be seen today.

That's super appealing. If I were able to drive, I'd be tempted to invest in a kayak to explore some of the lakes and waterways.
This is really close to the house, I still have to drive it though. We have a double which also means I cant just go on my own when nobody else wants to go. Im tempted to get a single for those times nobody wants my company.

The low hanging fruit is meant to be enjoyed. Usually the missus. But its the sort of thing I would like to do more often as its relaxing and good exercise.

Where I inevitably turn my exercise into some kind of ordeal—even when I'm not trying, I start calculating my rate of speed—but something like seems very calming. Blitzing with a kayak just seems wrong.

Tired and sore after tonight's game. I was sailing until like the 6th inning and they started stringing hits together meanwhile we couldn't do the same.

just sayin', if I wanted to surround myself with green salt water i'd fill up my bathtub with gatorade.
It does look serene though, which is real nice.

Ran 5 miles this morning, just trimmed a plum tree in my backyard, that's about it for my workout today.

As someone who couldn't run a mile right now I certainly admire that, plus a plum tree, very cool.

Is that what the kids call it nowadays? :shifty:

Well I'm someone who probably couldn't row a boat for much over half an hour. When I go fishing, I rent one with an outboard motor!
A gym rat may snicker at my tree trimming workout, but I broke a sweat, so it counts as one.
