I'm prone to forearm-area tendinitis and other repetitive stress injuries, so I've done a fair amount of research on it. I understand surgeries are not successful to a level that would compel me to have one.

For carpal tunnel, yeah, I believe that's a standard. Though it's obviously a temporary fix. I'm not sure if that works for corpal tunnel (on the side of the wrist) as well, but any temporary relief is good relief, I think.

Have you tried massage? A good deep tissue massage has relieved some of my issues.

Yep. Bad posture is usually at the top of the list. For years I've thought sitting/typing at my desk was the cause, but I'm beginning to think it's how I sleep. Finding a good pillow is a bitch, y'all.
