I like eating weed and I am due for a colonoscopy (age and heritage) but the prospect is horrifying.
I hear ya. I'm not quite there yet (agewise), but it's on the horizon and I've been dreading it.

I love that episode.

I think the stuff I had was prescription grade. They have you drink half a gallon (8oz every 15 min) the day before and then another half gallon like 5 to 6 hours before your procedure. After you want to be very close to a bathroom and not have any complicated clothing that might slow you down because it will hit you and you cant hold it back. You can either sit on the toilet while everything passes or just get up and go every 5 to 10 minutes.

Honestly the worst part for me was not eating for about 2 days.

2nd worst part was the constant trips to the shitter from the gallon of colon cleaner you drink that eventually makes you pee out your ass.

The part where you get the endo up your ass aint nothing, you're drugged, pain free and asleep most of the time.
Your words sound like they are meant to comfort but have horrified me all the more. That said, I hope you get good butthole news from the doc.

More to clarify I guess. Most people seem to be freaked by the endoscope. That was cake. My procedure was late in the day hence the almost 2 days of not eating.

They found and removed one polyp to test it wasn't that big around 7mm.

We started gearing up for softball the past few weekends and dealing with some soreness the day after. Swinging a bat is just unlike any other movement so those muscles are like WTF are you doing to me. I think I finally worked out my left center opposite filed swing again and while I was able to rundown some balls in the OF there were a couple just out of my reach. That's where I notice getting older not quite getting to the ball. Still can't wait for games to start.

Just get some flaxseed and mix it in your oat meal. I commonly have a banana, berry mix and oatmilk smoothie to start the day. Mix in a tablespoon of flax with that and your asshole will thank you.

I was doing a shot a day at one point and found that it resulted in some small but unpleasant leakage.

You know you're supposed to eat it, not squeeze it up there with a turkey baster.

See, that's the difference between amateurs and pros. By the time pros are getting ready to be sent to the glue plant, they reflexively describe themselves in the best shape of their life. That they need help tying their shoes is about respect, not infirmity.
