I think I had to order it via Amazon, couldn't find it locally either.
Supposedly Costco carries it, but I ain't trekking all the way there.
You know, that may have been where I picked ours up.
I just checked, here in the US, Costco can deliver it to you.
In Russia, you're delivered to Costco *hunh hunh hunh*
I was going to offer to get one on our Costco account and have it delivered to your address instead of ours, but Costco won't ship outside of the US, we'd have to use a package forwarding service.
Thanks very much for the offer but don't worry! If what I got doesn't work, I can still order the brand you recommended from Costco here or Amazon. I've also heard good things about fentanyl, too.

If I were more ambitious, I'd work up an argument that Yakov Smirnoff ended the Cold War by persuading the rest of the world that the Soviet Union was completely different from everyone else, and always in a worse way.
Good thing we have Putin now.
The important thing is to not resist him.
Much better to live under his benevolent boot.

I've two nights with the melatonin supplements (3 mg) under my belt and had two very satisfying sleeps. Part of it may be due to being overtired from the insomnia, but now I'm curious whether I've got a chronic melatonin underproduction issue that's keeping me from sleeping thru the night.

Glad to hear you're getting some good sleep, hope it continues.

I hear CBD gummies fix everything.
But seriously what about some THC gummies?
I tried CBD drops a few years ago before bedtime, can't say they worked for me, but some folks swear by them.

My chiropractor appointments are less frequent now as my forearm/elbow pain is now more discomfort than searing pain (apparently it's a positive sign that most of the pain is in my neck and shoulder now). Better yet, I've been able to start rowing again, since 1 January. Cautiously ramping things up. I'm still in jelly arms mode after a session, but I am able to do it and things are getting better. I've also started doing push-ups again, slowly ramping that up, too.

Go slower than you think you should. As someone recovering from an ab strain, listen to your body.

Impatience is my vice (well, the one most applicable in this situation). So, yeah, I've forced myself to take things slow. Luckily my jelly arms confirm to me that, nah, you ain't close to being where you were, chump.

Like Mimi has already said, slow and steady for the win.

Hello,
As you move forward, increase the time you row first, then increase the speed, and finally the resistance.
