To go to places like Keens do you have to be over 20 to get in or are the licenses for restaurants / bars different?
Keens is a restaurant with a bar. Generally if you can sit at a table and food is served you're fine. Drinking age is 21, dont know how strict nyc is these days

50.5W turns 18 the week before we go which is drinking age in New Zealand so she has one week of being legally able to buy a drink (very strict in NZ) and then she is under age again
