They'll have to get some parole officers involved.

Brad Ausmus fired after one season as Angels manager. (my wife is gonna be pissed) Near certaintly that Joe Maddon gets the job.

There must be a handshake deal already in place given that SF and SD are also open, and SD is a team with a shit ton of young talent emerging. That'd be a job a lot of people would be keen on.

Bank it: The SD job will go to a fat Italian who plays the game right and once HR'd against the Mets in the 88 playoffs.

That would make sense. Maddon was with the Angels (in various capacities) for nearly 30 years (correct?).

Very torn re. Brewers v. Nationals. Brewers are quite likeable, but the Nationals are my zombie Expos with a freaky-eyed pitcher. Ex-Expos probably have a better chance of beating the Dodgers, so I'll go in that direction.

edit: So of course Crazy Eyes gives up a 2-run bomb two batters in. Steve Rogers will always haunt me.

We've still got a ballgame here. Zombxpos look shaky.
