I do not like how baseball is going this year, because it is making me feel like David Price is our most reliable starting pitcher.
The collective craptasticry of the rotation suggests that whatever plan was followed in ST was not a good idea. I read the other day that the Sox have as many losses already as they did at the one-third mark last year. Even acknowledging how special last year was, yikes.
Last year earns them a pass. I'm just happy that ballgames are on the TV and radio all day and night again.
Don't get me wrong—four titles in my lifetime earns the franchise a pass. If they never win another championship in my life, that's okay. But I'd rather see good ball played than bad, and right now they're playing poorly. Losing because the other team is better is okay; losing because your head ain't into isn't fun to watch.

They'll come around. I have no doubt. Friday night's game was a gas. Sale will come around.

2018: The Red Sox make other fanbases sad.
2019: The Red Sox make other fanbases happy.

I think it was common knowledge that Kershaw hated Puig's guts

Very intrigued by the Red Sox strategy of following up a championship with pursuing the first pick in the draft, but I'll assume they know what they're doing.

Pure truth: I left the room before he came up to bat because I knew he was going to hit a slam.
