Don't know if it was mentioned elsewhere, but Nick Tosches passed away over the weekend. One of my favorite music writers - Hellfire is the greatest music biography of all time - he had a brilliant ability to pull out the trangressive threads of rock, country and pop (that Dino biog!!!) in a way that was always pleasurable to read.
