It’s film, presume it is new I saw it on a plane going to Aussie last week.
Set in summer 1977 in Croydon about a group of young punks who end up at the wrong after show party and meet a load of aliens. Believe it or not it is funny.

It's based on a short graphic novel by Neil Gaiman, Fábio Moon, and Gabriel Bá. Quite good and worth the read for the art alone.
