I appear to be developing arthritis in my right shoulder (at least that's my guess, because I didn't hurt it any other way), which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Even laying on my left side, if my right arm falls loose it can be painful.

I've got arthritis in my thumbs (thanks Dad!) and it's a dull bitch. They don't hurt enough to limit much but I'm always aware.

I'm ok with the digestion thing but there are things I used to love that I can't have much of anymore. Whiskey is fine if I have one, have it early, and eat afterwards. A 9PM whiskey is a recipe for heartburn.

I am grumpier and have no tolerance for small talk with strangers.

I had to cut back heavily when the pain started. My doc prescribed physical therapy, so as soon as I have time for that, it will hopefully get me back on track.
