I appear to be developing arthritis in my right shoulder (at least that's my guess, because I didn't hurt it any other way), which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Even laying on my left side, if my right arm falls loose it can be painful.

I've got left shoulder issues that stem back to my younger days when I flew over the handle bars in my bike and landed on my left shoulder. I can still make a few good throws per game if I dont drop my arm angle too much. I try and play 1st base as much as possible because I also don't have the speed to run down a fly ball outside a very small radius.

I went biking for the first time this year and my knees were sore as hell the next day.

Also I thought people from the UK and such only played kickball

My biggest issue seems to be acid reflux. But the upside is (I guess) since I take so many TUMS, I won't have to worry about osteoporosis!
