Now that's what you call a chase! Being honest I was half hoping for an India-Pakistan rematch but you simply can't argue with that and, even better for England, they won't be facing Ireland in the final :shifty:
I wasn't expecting that! I was expecting us to struggle chasing a total against the Indian spinners on a used wicket. Fair play to them, that was comprehensive.

Kind of funny that the two finalists lost to Ireland and Zimbabwe

Looks like I might be joining a local cricket league up here, I'm looking forward to learning more about it and becoming a superstar.

My wife is Irish so I have been getting ribbed about that. The rugby union results last weekend didn't help either :)

This “league” is a loose confederation of south asian starbucks employees. I understand it’s fairly casual unless my friend is underselling it.

Ah, never mind me, was just being daft. I played a bit of social cricket through work some years back and it was a real fun game to play with plenty of extras in the post match "pavilion".

Yeah I'm looking for it if it does actually come together. I've been interested since the first time I visited the UK and we stumbled across a game, so this would be the culmination of all that.
