He was also my fave Python. One of the greatest bits of culture my mom and dad exposed me to as a kid was Monty Python. It is still some of the most absurd, insane, and over the top comedy ever created.

I call my sister in law Two Sheds!
Whatever anyone does she has done it better or has more of them.

No shame in admitting I welled up at this.

Terry is up there, but Michael is my favorite and this is a good example why.
Graham Chapman will always be my favorite, but Michael is a close second. Not only are his acting skills on Python a joy to behold, but he seems like a genuinely lovely person.

That sentence sucks but it's morning and who cares.

This sketch always has me in tears. Jones plays it so perfectly.

It's so hard for me to pick a favorite from the 5 performing members.

Terry had such a mad joy to his work and was especially attracted to the weird. Not to slight the others at all, but to peer in his mind as he played “what if” for comedic premises would have been marvellous.

Yeah, ugly personal life but undeniably a generational sports talent. And his kids were in the helicopter too, apparently. I'm not gonna build a statue of the guy, but a shocking tragedy.

Addendum: probably scratch the above about his kids. Conflicting news reports swirling around out there.
