I have finally gotten the okay to work from home and a few network issues later...am set up down in the basement. It's a weird feeling that will take come getting used to, but I'm thankful they finally realized that I could do all of my work without going into an office.

It is an odd feeling and this is only the first day for me. It will be especially odd on the days the kids are here (Tuesday and Thursday and then every other Friday).revbob wrote: ↑30 Mar 2020, 2:42pmIm starting to feel like home isn't home anymore and weekends seem less like weekends.WestwayKid wrote: ↑30 Mar 2020, 2:33pmI have finally gotten the okay to work from home and a few network issues later...am set up down in the basement. It was interesting how much I got my usual Sunday Scaries with the prospect of work the next day. Even though I can wake up a bit later, am more productive and can take breaks when I want, there's something extremely unsettling about work people being able to contact me and ask me to do things in my home.revbob wrote: ↑30 Mar 2020, 2:42pmIm starting to feel like home isn't home anymore and weekends seem less like weekends.WestwayKid wrote: ↑30 Mar 2020, 2:33pmI have finally gotten the okay to work from home and a few network issues later...am set up down in the basement.
