Glad to hear that news, Flex. Fingers crossed that any side effects are minimal.

I got my third Moderna shot this past Friday and I had the least reaction to it of the 3. It had been a year since I had shot #2 so I was expecting a bit of a reaction so I got off light.

Not even a highly-infectious deadly virus wants my body.
From what I see there's still a little hope

First shot for the Little Duder went great. Colorado's mobile vaccination sites are incredibly easy and convenient. I had an appointment and there was a little bit of a line of parents bringing their under-5s in for their first shot. The little guy took the shot like a champ and so far we haven't discerned any behavior that's far out line from what we'd expect from a 9 month old anyways. We'll see if he gets whammied at all tomorrow, but we were told the most likely side effect would just be tiredness with fever in second place. I'd be just fine if he felt tired and knocked out tomorrow. :shifty:

Next shot in 28 days and then our whole family is finally fully vaxxed up.

Side note: The missus, me, the little duder and my mother in law are now the last ones standing out of our respective immediate families to have not gotten covid (that we know of, anyways). Father in law tested positive today. My parents and sister's family all got it a couple weeks ago. I have a couple friends who still haven't gotten it, can definitely count everyone I in-person know who hasn't gotten it with just my 10 fingers now (with at least a couple left over).

Just had our 2nd booster. So I've had two A/Z, a Moderna, and now a Pfizer. Keepin' the virus on its toes—it doesn't know which vaccine to prepare for!

Just got my Omicron booster this morning, I sure hope the side effects are minimal. We're traveling to Alabama in a few weeks, so we are trying to be better prepared.

That could make the Alabama visit a bit more interesting.

There's an easy joke to be made about starving zombies in Alabama, looking for brains. But I shall not make it. :approve:

Can anyone truly be prepared for Alabama?

Hello,

I lived in Alabama for 11 months. People in Daphne might still remember me - I drove the Prius and didn't back into parking spaces.

My neighbors do this and one of them struggles with it.
