We went from an invitation to lunch to Mark's regret and indignation. We have to use our brain machine to think about how contemptuous Hollywoods would respond to a true red, white, and blue American lunch. I'll bet the eff-word was used.

You know Doc is a heavy drinker though. That and some smack are the only thing that keeps his demons at bay.
