Y'know, I just can't dislike the Rays. Young and talented, and Kevin Cash is an elite manager who doesn't have any dickishness about him. Their wretched ballpark would make it hard to watch them regularly, but they're a really enviable club.

edit: But they're getting bit now by using all those pitchers yesterday.
You convinced me to hate them like two days ago!
 I'm untrustworthy! But, no, however reprehensible the ownership, the labour are really easy to like.

F**king Brewers, 2 games without scoring a single run. It's infuriating because they have some of the best pitching in baseball.

In the Department of "Let Them Eat Cake" It was only about a week ago that some Sox fans were hoping to miss the playoffs. :shifty: :shifty: :shifty:

Went to bed when the Cars' second album (Randy O) tied it, not because I was disappointed but just really goddamned tired. Didn't think the game was over or anything like that. Amazing series win, but then when the Sox were hot this year they were as good as anyone.

Congrats Sox fans.
If they play Houston, they might—*might*—have found an opponent evil enough to gather everyone to their side. (Ha! I know that as long as meteor strikes and snipers are an option, that can never be true.)

I think that'll just become "let's go NL Team" instead of anyone rooting for the Sox.

That being said, these last three games were thrilling to watch. Fuck Raycism.

Dodgers/Braves vs. Astros/Red Sox—those options would send a flood of people to Team Sniper.
