Denver's air quality was always shit growing up. It rarely got that hot though.
Yeah, it actually got a better for a little while there as general environmentally sound development made headway, but the physical landscape traps pollutants over the city. With the ubiquity of western fires all that smoke and air pollution is just getting trapped. I usually can't even see the mountains anymore through the smoke.
Cant relate.

Samesies. Air is super good here. The sun burns a bit hot for my taste—I can't help but think we have thin ozone here—but the air is always good.

But really, however clean it is, how much electricity can be generated by “good vibes”?

Interesting to learn California is so high on solar. I also thought we were higher in hydro (Big Creek etc.), especially now that they've decommissioned the San Onofre nuclear plant and Diablo Canyon is set to being closing in 2024.

Perhaps Rev can rally his neighbors to help out Doc's neighbors to avert a disaster!

Yeah I suppose we could get them a better quality product. Or they could go back to cutting their stuff with beet sugar like they used to before we called them out on it.

I heard that Vermont maple syrup contains patchouli oil in it.

There was a maple syrup heist in Quebec at one point. A couple of guys were draining off syrup and replacing it with water. They made millions before they were caught. Maple syrup is one of the items I never feel bad about paying extra for. We have a producer about an hour north of Milwaukee that we buy from. We buy 2 gallons at a time and when it's gone we head back up.

There's a sugar shack about a 10 minute walk from us, right in the middle of the city (and right beside the national cemetery). We've never gone for syrup purposes, but have walked around the area just exploring.

My favorite Canadian heist was the people who stole like $1 million in dollar or maybe $2 coins.
