I just saw Bernie indecisivly wandering the chips n snacks aisle at the grocery store.

I can't say why, but I see him as a loyal patron of Old Dutch.

I almost said "in my day you had potato chips or pretzels and I dont recall anyone complaining".

Bernie definitely does go for unflavoured chips save for salt and vinegar. To my deep bafflement/frustration, The Boss prefers plain chips (well, rippled, but big deal).

I like the All Dressed.

Ketchup chips sound horrible, but they're surprisingly good.

Tangentially related, the other day at the grocery store, I passed by a display for roast chicken-flavoured chips and wondered what evil focus group embraced that idea.

A little cheese sauce and broccoli is more palatable. Of course, damn near anything is better in cheese sauce, so there's that.

I like broccoli just fine, its an adequate vegetable side dish or an integral part of beef and broccoli but as the main event? Nah.
