Spotted this guy/gal while kayaking this morning, its partner got scared off before I could get my phone out.20220828_120955.jpg
Pretty prehistoric looking bird, I think that's a great blue heron, we've got a few in the wetlands near us, voracious hunters, they'll eat all kinds of critters.
Yesh if you catch them flying towards or away from you tbey have that classic pterodactyl look. I saw one grab and down a snake once, very cool.

Great picture, did you just return from Ireland? Always wanted to go myself.

I’m still there. It’s been a great experience. I’d highly recommend.

Like I told him on Instagram the locals are gathering their pitchforks and sharpening their scythes.

I just got back to Ireland from England. I had to go ‘take care of something’.

If Chuck Barris could claim to be a contract killer, why not Beaneater?

Well he was already a serial killer so I knew he had the stomach for it.

Ratty's alive. He's in a shack in Idaho. Well, 200 feet below that shack, monitoring, thinking, planning.

We were psyched for this trip and it lived up to all expectations but the Queen croaking while we’re in Dublin is a real treat. A guy came into the pub ringing a bell.
