Pretty prehistoric looking bird, I think that's a great blue heron, we've got a few in the wetlands near us, voracious hunters, they'll eat all kinds of critters.
Yesh if you catch them flying towards or away from you tbey have that classic pterodactyl look. I saw one grab and down a snake once, very cool.

We were psyched for this trip and it lived up to all expectations but the Queen croaking while we’re in Dublin is a real treat. A guy came into the pub ringing a bell.
