I don't believe you are a "hobo" per se. Unless you walk around pushing a shopping cart on the street to collect the stuff for "repurposing" and then take them all "home" where "home" is a cardboard box against the wall under a bridge ...... I admit I will repurpose things I might find while out in the world, i've repurposed things like old computer hard drives, pens found, the occasional wool hat (i've found at least 10 of them in my life) after strenuous washing. I don't think that is a bad thing to do.
From what I see there's still a little hope
