Without rattie putting 5000 gifs in the first post I suspect we won't be as desperate to get to page two.
“As I traveled, I came to believe that people’s desires and aspirations were as much a part of the land as the wind, solitary animals, and the bright fields of stone and tundra. And, too, that the land existed quite apart from these.”

I just tried it. I aced the Yankees for 2012, came up dry on some and had a bunch of doubles/triples. Fact is in many cases I didn't know who any or most of the players on most teams.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑09 Jan 2025, 1:26pmHas this been shared here? I can usually ace the Red Sox ones and, when I've tried others, not bad for the more notable teams.revbob wrote: ↑09 Jan 2025, 11:12pmI just tried it. Surprising fact: After retiring from baseball, Dustin Pedroia began a new life by joining Franz Ferdinand.

I can appreciate him being a pain in the ass to managers and maybe more trouble than he's worth, but the dude loves the game in the bestest way possible.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑11 Jan 2025, 9:04pmFor Neil.

I hope the clown who left Ichiro off their ballot is feeling good about themselves. In fact, I know they are—the whole point was to deny him the obvious and deserved unanimous vote, so dumb mission accomplished.

Re: MLB 2025
They should have the guts to come forward and say why if they truly feel he wasn't deserving. The guy made it to the top of the game in two professional leagues he is certainly one of the greatest hitters and a top notch fielder as well. And on top of all that a solid good guy.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑22 Jan 2025, 7:45amI hope the clown who left Ichiro off their ballot is feeling good about themselves.
