I can barely be bothered to fuck at 530am let alone get up for soccer.
Normally I'd sleep in and just watch the highlights for these super early games but this was a pretty important game in terms of staying clear of relegation and, well, I'm super sports-deprived at this point.

I had to get up at 5:30am to watch today's West Ham game, and it was worth it.
Always makes it worwhile!!
Can’t you record it? I watch EPL on an App and it automatically downloads all the games so you can watch them anytime.

Yeah, I have a EPL subscription through NBC and can watch any games on demand, but I have a hard time watching sporting events that have already happened. If I know the result, it takes a lot of the fun out of it. Personal hangup I guess. As I said, usually in these early games I'd sleep in (or just catch the end) and catch highlights later but this one was important enough I wanted to see for myself.

I don’t mind watching a game that is finished if I don’t know the result ( which is the case with the App). I just get up and watch it.
But agree if it is a big game I would rather watch it live.

It makes no difference if you are in the future or not. The score will not change. ;)

Could be a significant result especially depending on what happens to City’s ban on Monday.

If Man Utd beat Southampton on Monday night then it's game on. Or is it Tuesday morning for you?

Hello,

My son's a United fan. He's kind of edgy.

No need to be. United are in a rich vein of form and things are really starting to click.

7am Tuesday morning.
But I knew that you
With your heart beating
And your eyes shining
Would be dreaming of top 4 finish
We'll be flying with United
On a Tuesday morning
