Today, I added some sugar syrup, and bottled 2 liters of limoncello:
They are now in the fridge, and the long-suffering Mrs. Spiff and I will taste test some tonight.

The beauty of the home-made stuff is that you can play around with the sweetness of the end product as well as the alcoholic kick.
