It;s OK, I like sweet shit, like Duck or Asti Spumanti.
I've gotta tell ya, that super bubbly shit is not for me. It's like a recipe for a night ruining case of hiccups.
Never liked champagne or any other sparkling wine. Just knocks the flavour out of the loop for me.

Good stuff!
Ive got some of those in the beer fridge right now. A neighbor knows the people at Zero Gravity and they gave a bunch of beer to people in honor of Loving Day last June.

I picked up this today, a nice local porter.

I picked this up. It’s delicious. From Warwick, Rhode Island.
That looks delicious. I would like to have it for dinner tonight.

Mother in Law sent us a $150 bottle of champagne, to be honest, I don't believe I've ever had any that was worth over $30 or $40. No Dom for me! Gonna drink it tonight, I'll report back.

Threads are, like everything in the universe, at risk of contamination from KISS.

Started out with this, peels from 13 organic lemons, and started soaking them in vodka two weeks ago:

Today, I added some sugar syrup, and bottled 2 liters of limoncello:

They are now in the fridge, and the long-suffering Mrs. Spiff and I will taste test some tonight.

Was it as simple as it sounds? I am an aficionado of the ole lemoncello.

Yes, simple it is.

I pretty much followed this recipe, although there are plenty of others you can find online:

The beauty of the home-made stuff is that you can play around with the sweetness of the end product as well as the alcoholic kick. My next batch will use Everclear as a starter, not 80 proof vodka as this batch used, but I'm gonna boost the sugar content so it goes down smoothly.

And then I'm gonna get the long-suffering Mrs. Spiff drunk on it and ...
