Oh yeah, they were big in the early craft beer scene. I remember seeing them all the time around 2008-2010, but don't see them too much anymore. There's also an oldish school Utah brewery that plays up the Mormon heritage of the state. The "Polygamy Porter's" tagline is "Why have just one?"

Of course modern day craft breweries push the envelope, often in ways that are far less charming.

It's snowing, which put me in a brandy mood, so I walked the 1.2 km to the neighbourhood LCBO. And another bottle of dessert whisky for the Boss (who treats it like the sippinest whisky ever made; I have no idea how something that sweet can be nursed for a half hour). Anyway, brandy can only be enjoyed in winter, but it is very mellowing.
edit: Yeah, motherfucking brandy buzz mid-afternoon, baby!
