Only ever had wild boar once, pretty tasty i recall. Raccoon, no, can't say i have.

I read that crayfish story last week and thought, great stuff, the worlds oceans will soon be run out of edible fish and these gals are stepping up and saying, hey, we might be able to help you out there. Come have a taste, we're nutritious and delicious. Good on the crays, i say.
