I like provolene, but moz is close enogh. Havarti not reprented? OK, but swiss? That's a pretty popular cheese.

I like Swiss, especially on hot pastrami sandwiches on rye with russian dressing. here in St. Louis many pizza places have this awful concoction called provel, which is a mixture of provolone and toxic waste.
