No snark about the narrative, just pointing out how rushed and lazy the art is. A basic copy-paste of serious Mark in panel 1 and then little more than doodles in the others. I'm sorry, Mr. Allen, did you have something better to do?
Notice how "lady's (because I dont think her name has been uttered since the initial introduction) hairstyle is ever changing?

Genie, I think. Can yetis also be, like, metamorphs? Maybe the yeti has been within their party all along!

Look at "art" in that last panel. If I were paying for this content, I'd be very angry. Instead, I'm just irked.

 Mark's been sufficiently dickish during this story that I want him to get attacked by a yeti and forever traumatized.

Yeah the best outcome would be for the lady to transform into a yeti as you said and rip Mark's smug grin off his face.

This story has so much bizarre potential, but I know I've built myself up for disappointment.

Yeti-human bonking! Also, I assume panel 2's clumsily drawn Genie Yeti is to indicate that she's in mid-transformation.

Lots going on here.
Moral Mark is outraged that a man and woman might share a bed out of wedlock. Holy shit that's some horrible artwork in panel 2, and we get a " WHAT TH'...?" Is that the first one in this story arc?

Plus, while I realize that the use of exclamation marks is pretty standard in comics, it's weird to think of sleepy-eyed Mark in panel 1 energetically announcing to nobody that he's going to bed. But I'm just picking at standard comic presentation here.

I'm just so sad that I regularly do drawings I'm ashamed to share that have better draftsmanship than a nationally syndicated comic strip.

And the stuff that isn't rotten is of the copy-paste variety. Allen better have a recurrence of syphilis or something to explain this laziness.

If I had my limb amputated after being mauled by a creature, I'm not sure I'd refer to it blandly as "my leg story."

So in the last comic you posted the poorly drawn lady was walking into Harvey's room and it looked to be a solid structure. Now they are in a tent from the looks of it. And obviously the lady looks different again.

We never saw any hanky panky in Harvey's room. They immediately went to the next day, hiking and Mark telling Harvey (again!) that he doesn't believe in yetis. So it's the next night in this strip, but Genie's still sharing a sleeping bag with H.
