A vet's office I used on occasion keeps sending me email notifications for Butters. Today they wished him happy birthday. I finally blocked them.
Yuck, I'm sorry. That's up there with Facebook sending you birthday reminders of the deceased.

 Sorry to hear that Mimi.

Something similar happened to us with my late father in laws cats that we had to adopt out (would have kept both of them, but we already have 3). Kept getting reminders sent that we need to get them in for their annual visit. Think my wife called the vet to update their records.

Hello,

I get similar notices but somehow they serve to remind me I knew this person and all the associated good memories come forward.

Thanks. It wouldn't be so bad if it happened once, but I called and told them he died right after he died to avoid the reminders but still ended up with a card and two emails within the past year. Yuck.

That's terrible. If a phone call doesn't work, a negative Google or Yelp review would put a stop to that ASAP.

Big fella has been ordered to reduce food intake from 1/2 cup of kibble to 1/4 cup. He is not pleased. He is also the most stubborn and most strong cat I’ve ever known. I’ve got addict looking arms lately.
