We just got back from Cancun and the resort had tons of cats. They were unaltered though and I kept begging them to institute a TNR program. Nobody ever listens to me.

Anyway, here is VH, jr. feeding the cats (we were instructed not to, but I can't abide by that).

It baffles me when places that might be able to afford it (like popular vacation spots) don't have TNR programs.
