Thanks for the advice, will scrub them off tomorrow. For now thankfully my new pair have arrived. Oh yeah. Excuse the dog.

Interesting trivia. They use superglue fumes to detect fingerprints on objects as it is much better than powder but was discovered by accident. A fingerprint expert was fixing his fish tank at home with superglue when his fingerprints appeared all over the glass and could not be removed!!
