I had to Google it, sure enough, it's legit! Came across a couple more of his firms billboards, he must have a really good sense of humor about his name.

As I get older, I find graduation season sadder and sadder. I think because it forces me to confront the passing of time. My nephew graduates from high school on Saturday. I remember when he was a little kid. It feels like yesterday. I'm kind of thankful neither of my kids have any milestone graduations this year. I mean, I'm super happy for all these kids moving on. It's an awesome thing. It just makes me kind of sad.

I'm still at the beginning of that journey. Most oldest just finished second grade. These grades are flying by. Second grade felt like a lifetime when I was in it. Now it passes in the blink of an eye.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

It really does. VH, jr. just got his driver's license and is going to be a junior in high school. I am trying my best not to spend the next two years dreading his HS graduation, but it's really hard. I used to roll my eyes at people who said " it goes by in a blink of an eye," but its true.

My oldest just finished his freshman year, my youngest just finished 7th grade. I'm actually happy that she still has one year of middle school left. I'm not ready for them both to be in high school.

My daughter just got her masters degree, Im beyond thrilled for her to start her next step in life (and to me not shelling out so much $, but that's more of a perk). My son will be a junior in college next year. While there is a tinge of sadness with these milestones it also fills me with so much joy.

Convocation is going on here right now. I'm not on campus, but the Boss is, and she's reported a confluence of choices with revealing results: Young women are favouring short white dresses, no underwear, and wearing heels for, seemingly, the first time in their lives. Some awkward stumbles coming down stairs is rewarding the dirty old men in the crowd.

Some stuff college doesn't teach you, I guess.
