So VH, VH Jr. and I went to the Rock Hall induction ceremony over the weekend. I know we are often cynical about the whole thing, but it really was an amazing experience. LL Cool J was honestly the highlight of the event - I am not exaggerating when I say it was a watershed moment, like when Prince did that guitar solo for WMGGW. Anyway, we also went to the museum and I got some pics with some important Clash items - Joe's guitar, their induction plaque and the handwritten lyrics of LC. And the coolest part was that I had a 30 conversation with a young, Black female Clash fanatic. She was probably in her mid-20s and works at the Rock Hall. I was wearing a Clash mask, so she came up to me to tell me they are her favorite band. So we chatted for about 30 minutes and I told her all about us and asked her to join the board. Anyway, I just loved that. She was delightful. Here are some pics I took!

Here's the plaque - didn't let me upload it to the last post.
Very cool, but I can't believe they didn't have room to include Vince ...

Turns out she just meant some reality tv thing on Amazon which is basically just like a real lesbian wives of Tampa or some such nonsense.
