Let's go with Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

The Russian judge from Colorado is going to low score me.revbob wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 6:43amJudges...?Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 6:27amLet's go with Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

Yes you provide a very good rationale for your response.
I don't mind a good IPA - granted the market is flooded with them these days and some are not very good - but hit on the right one and I'll drink 'em all day.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 6:27amLet's go with Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

I generally stick to stouts. Not sure I've ever had one that disappointed me.WestwayKid wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 8:05amI don't mind a good IPA - granted the market is flooded with them these days and some are not very good - but hit on the right one and I'll drink 'em all day.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 6:27amLet's go with Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

That's me as well. I've certainly had bad ones though. Usually because some stupid hipster thought the way to make a good stout was to add a ton of hops.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 8:34amI generally stick to stouts. The downside of travelling and sampling more—you also find the shitty beer. There a Russian imperial stout that is brewed in Ontario by Wellington County that is laced with morphine or something. Just a perfect casual numbness.revbob wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 8:58amThat's me as well. I've certainly had bad ones though. Yeah, it's fun to try different stuff. I never got too into the astringent big west coast style IPAs, but I'm really enjoying the hazy IPA trend - all the great hop aroma and flavor, but much softer on the pallet. And that creamy mouthfeel.
They are pretty good. I look forward to a cream stout trend sometime soon. Stout is good for you.matedog wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 10:14amYeah, it's fun to try different stuff. I've been meaning to try Brut IPAs. Probably not going to be up my alley, but always fun to try new things!
If you want to start a beer trend, just can it and make it hard to get.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 10:46amThey are pretty good. I look forward to a cream stout trend sometime soon. I could never be mad at you. Still, one day you will drink glasses of red wine in my home and embrace the epiphany.JennyB wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 11:13amI agree with this post.
