I just checked this and I'm disappointed it's fake.

Well then you want to avoid Canada, unless you like your maple syrup cut with beet sugar.

That’s a lie! It’s cut with baby seal tears.

Grade A, amber color/rich flavor: A full-bodied maple taste of medium intensity or nothing. Sort it out Canada!

If I remember correctly around £13.00 which I guess is around $15.00

I take it from your response Kirkland is crap?

Was I sold a lie? This is the info I read before buying.

When Costco customers see the red and black Kirkland Signature label, they know they’re going to get a good product at a great price. But they don’t always know who’s making it.

Store-brand products like Kirkland are typically manufactured by third parties, not the store itself. Many of these behind-the-scenes companies are actually famous retail titans, so you can save big when you shop without losing quality.

While plenty of the names behind Kirkland Signature products are public knowledge — some printed right on the box — others remain a closely guarded secret. More than a few rumours have popped up from people claiming to be in the know.

1. The Maple Treat and Citadelle maple syrup

The Maple Treat / Costco

Confirmed

Multiple companies, including The Maple Treat and Citadelle, help produce this iconic Canadian delicacy. Both are major maple syrup suppliers, with The Maple Treat comprising about a quarter of the global market.

Kirkland Signature 100% Pure Maple Syrup gets tapped from maple trees in Quebec between mid-March to mid-April. The rich amber syrup is free of additional sweeteners and flavours, says The Costco Connection.

So if you’re buying Kirkland, make sure you refrigerate after opening. It’s the real stuff.

No I dont think so, I think you got a quality product. Like in the stuff you posted they source it from someone and slap the Kirkland label on it. Kirkland =Costco which I personally cant stand (Costco).

I know a guy whose family makes maple syrup so I usually buy thru him. When I can I go local but I recognize that isnt an option for you.

You got a decent price too.
