Historically, Saskatchewan's books were always in better shape when social democrats were running things. I'm sure most sensible parents wouldn't wish for their young children to learn swearing but it's something that is abundant in society, schools, media etc. So it's inevitable they will hear it sometimes. So parrots should be the least of their concerns.
