For once I know how it feels to be bilingual 😊
I have an unhealthy level of irritation when people pronounce it kil-ahm-uh-tur.
Who the hell talks like that 🥴
It's regularly pronounced that way in North America. Terrible.
Kill- ohm- eter
Kill-oh-me-tur

Hello,

It's kill-oh-me-ter, not kil-ahm-uh-tur. After all, it's not sent-i-mah-tur.

I believe this ties the record for most hyphens in a post.

The males have evolved into “sexual parasites” and are much smaller in size. After fusing themselves to females, they lose all their internal organs – including their eyes – and are left with nothing but testes. Forever forged, the male provides sperm in exchange for nutrition.
