I probably shouldn't be surprised that Def Leppard is still a thing, but I kinda am. At this point, groups from the 80s that have quit for good are a rarer flower than those still grinding out the nostalgic circuit bucks.

Okay, so the Boss and I just learned that a prominent academic of Jewish history isn't, in fact, Jewish—he just likes everyone to believe that. We're stunned that nobody has called him on that shit. In the Indigenous world, people who claim Aboriginal ancestry get labeled "pretendians," but we're wondering if there's a similar name for people who try to pass themselves off as being Jewish.
