Im slow cooking some ribs today.
What do you use? BBQ, smoker or?? I have an offset smoker, we enjoy doing ribs but as I'm sure you're aware, it's an all day job. End result is always worth it though.
I dont have a smoker i just do them on my regular grill at 200 for several hours. I keep my eye on it though (drunk beer and listen to music). I'll be active tomorrow.
Perfect! What's your rib of choice? St Louis style, baby back or what?
LOL what I can find in the store, st Louis if I can get them
Thanks, learning as I go myself, those are the only two types I've ever tried to smoke, St Louis has been our favorite so far.

No I dont think so. I think it's more like a New York strip steak. Nothing really to do with the place, but I could be wrong.

Chilli and lime salmon, five grain rice and salad earlier, it was great.

Very nice! We're growing cherry tomatoes, small apples and waiting on my burgundy plums to ripen....can't wait to try them.

Cow's milk is evil.

(Sorry, I saw some PETA bullshit earlier and I'm pissed off about them again.)
