Takeaway tonight, 2 bastard big burgers loaded with mozzarella, onion and donner meat. Plenty of garlic mayo too, my favourite meal in a while.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way when a potato exploded, caused a mess and a half.
By coincidence I had baked potato last night as part of a recipe. They were cooked in oven but seasoned in olive oil and salt. They didn’t crisp up but were very tasty.
