Nice. Cobra to wash it down?
2 Cobra shandies as I was driving. I'm home now though, gonna crack a bottle of wine to top off a good weekend. Had our first gig back last night and it went really well after feeling apprehensive all week about it.
Good to hear mate, glad the gig went well and enjoy the vino pal.
Nice one mate. Gonna get my shuffle on right now.
Ahh cool back out playing live. Nice one, did you play your new tunes?
Just one of them mate as we've had limited rehearsal, hence the apprehension. ;)
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Mr Murdoch. I explained to the crowd who it was about so they were onside straight away. Not a well liked man in these parts. :approve:

That's great it got the right response. Really looking forward to hearing those finished tunes.

I never got people (fans) not being receptive of new songs. I always that it was cool to hear a new song live. Kind of like a special treat for the crowd, hearing some new stuff before the official release.

The Clash did that a lot. They played more songs from Combat Rock on their autumn 1981 dates than they actually did after it had been released.

A good audience is ready, even hungry for new material.

There's a new marinade I got in at work, coffee and black pepper. Sounds weird but I slapped it on a couple of flat irons and was amazed, fucking spot on.

UK board members: I'm not eating this, but a friend asked me what the bread thing at the top is called. I've never seen it so I thought I'd ask you.

Please let it have a weird name, like a duke's carbuncle or something …
