Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

No solid food since Monday and I've only been taking in about 1300 calories a day. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow but plan to eat small. I feel great.

I've smoked 6 cigarettes since May, five of those were in the same drunken night.revbob wrote: ↑25 Feb 2021, 2:37pmBacon, eggs and sausages?BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑25 Feb 2021, 1:52pmNo solid food since Monday and I've only been taking in about 1300 calories a day. For breakfast I'm going to have a couple of scrambled eggs with this great tasting spice blend.

I'm going to try to parley this juice cleanse into a better diet. A couple of eggs in the morning, some tuna and crackers with a small salad from lunch, and... steak with a side of roasted brussels. The goal is to eat a little more thoughtfully. I'm going to lean into the seafood and fibrous vegetables a little more and eat less meat of high quality. I'm 46 and still moving around well enough that I still enjoy moving around so I want to make some moves for a happy long run. Part of that is cutting out the garbage food that only give me a little joy.

You know I like steak.
Am I likely to find it or do I need to order.
