What 101 said, though joking aside, you'll be having a much better tea than me. You can't go wrong with ribs, what's the marinade/sauce?
I did a dry rub and then they are steaming for a bit over a nice ale which infuses them with it just a touch. Ill finish them off to get a char and then a little maple bbq sauce. (With Real maple syrup not the Canadian variety that is often made with beet sugar and caramel coloring).

Yeah, pork, beef ribs dont show up much around here. They came out really good. Moist and tasty with a little bark on the outside.

Just been to an Indian restaurant. I had a starter called Chicken 65 which was so hot I thought I was going into anaphylactic shock. The Lamb Rogan Josh main cooled me down a bit.

2 Cobra shandies as I was driving. I'm home now though, gonna crack a bottle of wine to top off a good weekend. Had our first gig back last night and it went really well after feeling apprehensive all week about it.

Yes, there was a huge fuck off red chilli right in the middle of the dish which I didn't even touch. I'm usually alright with hot currries but this blew my tits off!
