Yes, east of Bangor, aka the middle of frigging nowhere, lol This is the only place in the US i've ever been where there are NO over-the-air TV signals. Sometimes its hard to believe this is still the US.
From what I see there's still a little hope

"God" must really like lakes, trees, flies and snow, because that's all I ever see up here. Well, apart from an occasional dude straight out of Cabin Masters with an American flag on one side and a tRump flag on the other side of his "pikuhp truhk" selling "fresh seafood" by the side of the road.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 11:52pmGod’s country.weller259 wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 11:36pmYes, east of Bangor, aka the middle of frigging nowhere, lol This is the only place in the US i've ever been where there are NO over-the-air TV signals. I've spent a bit of time on China Lake. That was nice.weller259 wrote: ↑13 Oct 2022, 8:08pm"God" must really like lakes, trees, flies and snow, because that's all I ever see up here. I've never been there, haven't really been anywhere but here, the first few years we struggled financially and now that things are more stable, there's covid and monkeypox and who the hell knows what else but we are hoping next spring-summer to finally do some exploring of these places.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑13 Oct 2022, 9:19pmI've spent a bit of time on China Lake. I went out to shovel the slush and the wind is scary howling. As in unnerving on a primal level. As hard as the shovelling was, that wind made me want to get inside.

Here is southeastern West Virginia it was 45 degrees yesterday afternoon. This morning it's 0. With the howling wind thing, too.

Talked to our daughter in Hoover, Al today. It was 9 degrees F there, so I asked her how they were coming along on building their igloo, she wasn't amused.

This is the view out of my snow-clogged upstairs window. Can’t really make out individual snowflakes, just a swirl of white wind, like milk. In normal times, you’d see 5-6 of my neighbors’ houses in this pic, just beyond the trees and 200 feet away across the street, but not today. It’s about 15F right now, wind WSW at 25-35mph, gusting to 50mph. Snow should continue until about 10pm. I’m not even gonna bother clearing the driveway until tomorrow. Seriously hoping it's less than 2 feet of snow but I have no idea. All emergency services are down in my area, but still got power at least.
