I made it a point to not be like that in action. But if we are were driving in the car I'm going to listen to stuff I like. I won't play some of the more inaccessible music that I listen to but my daughter certainly early on had a much different taste in music than her peers. As she got older she figured out what she liked on her own. She still likes or at least tolerates some of what I listen to though.
