Stop the Planet of the Apes is legitimate theatre
An actual production of this would be bigger than anything before it.

We reach the parts other combos cannot reach
We beach the beachheads other armies cannot beach

Well, the apes of this planet (which turns out to be Earth) had enslaved human beings and denied their history. People were upset about that injustice, you see. You really should watch it yourself, tho. :shifty:

The Boss is watching some show and a regular commercial is about vitamins that emphasizes zinc. My Simpsoid brain hears squacky teenager voice:

I don't even have to google to know that some indie band has stolen this name:

They're supposed to be recovering alcoholics, but my guy keeps getting sent back to step zero.

Well, the guy on the left is certainly an enabler, at least.

This came to mind because I ordered a wallet for this damned phone. I love the one I have for my iPod—nice and compact, holds my various plastic cards. Had a hard time finding anything that does the same for the phone but gave one a shot. I put it altogether and, mainly because the stupid size of the phone, it looked distinctly like a woman's pocketbook. I told the Boss, I'm not popular enough to carry a ladies wallet. She didn't get the reference, but I returned it nonetheless. I ended up getting a regular skin and then a neat compact card holder.
