If you all keep quoting that most unsettling of pictures he might appear, like Candyman, and start humming 'Another Day in Paradise' into your ears.

EDIT - never have I been so thankful to be top of a new page.

Conversely, if you hum “Another Day in Paradise” enough times, that statue might come to life and terrorize your town like the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man in Ghostbusters.

This is getting worse by the minute.
Against all odds Collins is still haunting us.

Hello,

Sorry, this is a Phil Collins thread. I stopped paying attention a while back.

Excellent. I figured Collins must have stolen that album title from somewhere.

On the subject of (quasi retirement) am reminded of a story i read a while back that tickled my ulnar nerve a tiny bit. Billy Joel had just done one of his periodic gigs in MSG and was in his limo heading back to Long Island with long time pal Elton John for company, when the subject of his studio retirement cropped up. Joel hadn't recorded an album in 20 or 30 years or something and his pal was utterly perplexed. "Why don't you make more albums, Billy?" he wondered. To which Joel shot him a stern sideways glance and replied, "Why don't you make less?"
