Still watching Bob's Burgers. The episode where Louise shaves and sculpts Gene's hair to make him look like Bob is on and I'm dying.
Great one.
Yes! Im so glad you warmed up to this show. I'm rarely disappointed and can watch these episodes over and over.
There's a very sweet contained lunacy to the show that appeals. Weirdly, it makes me think of King of the Hill. Not the savage antisocial feel of Family Guy or Rick & Morty or the farce of the Simpsons, but something fundamentally good natured and reveling in people being weirdos.
It's got some of the same producers, I believe, Bill Dauterive most prominently.

Well, that makes some sense then, I tell you what.

Currently watching:
- Succession (I hate them all but I can't stop watching)
- RuPaul's Drag Race (I realized I was two seasons behind!)
- Re-watching Toast of London (my bf was wearing his Steven Toast shirt out in public one day and someone recognized it and said "you can fuck that sky high!" to him, which I took as a sign that we needed to re-watch the show)

Toast is outstanding but I can't get anyone else I know into it. I guess it takes a certain sensibility.

I gave it a go twice and although there were some good bits I just couldn’t get into it.

Great fam. I didn’t realise until I started watching that Top Boy Summerhouse is actually the old series and Top Boy is the new one so I watched them round the wrong way.

Been slowly rewatching Arrested Development. Unfortunately I watch in bed on my phone at the end of the day. I fall asleep and episodes keeping playing. So, everytime I return to it I have to spend thirty minutes finding which we exact episode I'm actually on

Enjoying the new season of Goliath on Amazon. And enjoyed Capture on BBC1.

I may have finally roped in the Boss re. Bob's Burgers. I've caught her laughing a few times at Louise and Gene, particularly yesterday's episode, about Louise's forced slumber party: "If she was a spice, she'd be flour."
