Just as importantly, was Scooby Doo still pre Scrappy Doo?

I thought it was Sgt Bilko but IMDB says The Phil Silvers Show.laxman wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 6:34amI think it was The Phil Silvers Show,Low Down Low wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 6:23amWas Bilko the actual show title? Was always The Phil Silvers Show as i remember it. Man, i was obsessed with that show!

Like gkbill pointed out this seems from a very different era. I recognize a lot from my childhood but Ghost Busters (not Ghostbusters) , I had to look it up. And now I vaguely remember it. Forrest Tucker, Larry Storch and their pet gorilla who wears a hat investigate supernatural things.

Classic! I would have been tuned in to ABC 7 @ 8:30 am watching the Bugs Bunny / Road Runner / Looney Tunes, my all time favorite cartoons!

Probably should have been a cartoon from the beginning. Im guessing this show was their follow up to F-Troop.Kory wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 2:47pmThey did a cartoon of this later on.revbob wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 6:50amI thought it was Sgt Bilko but IMDB says The Phil Silvers Show.laxman wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 6:34amI think it was The Phil Silvers Show,Low Down Low wrote: ↑23 Apr 2021, 6:23amWas Bilko the actual show title? We checked out the first couple episodes of Rutherford Falls, about dueling white and indigenous heritages in a small town. Really good stuff, funny, very promising.

Re: Currently watching.
We're confused by the internal logic of this ad. So it starts in an airport where the woman misses or is denied her flight. Is she trying to go on vacation or trying to get home? It's unclear. Then she's in a hotel room, suggesting, yes, she is on vacation and was unable to get home. But she apparently wants to do touristy stuff and is denied, so she didn't want to get home? But then she gets to do all kinds of vacation-y stuff, so, yes, she's happily on vacation, exactly as her original hopes. So why was she so crestfallen about missing the flight? It's that first scene that makes the whole thing confusing.

My takeaway is Rashida Jones is beautiful but that shirt looks awful.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑23 May 2021, 8:25am
